Ontrack Nomad provides digital products, including ebooks, bundles, paths, and digital assets delivered electronically.

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on this website are:

  • Delivered electronically via email
  • Provided as downloadable files (ZIP format)
  • Accessible immediately after purchase

Once a product has been delivered and accessed, it is considered consumed.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • We do not offer refunds after download or access.
  • We do not offer refunds based on subjective expectations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


3. Technical Issues

If you experience:

  • File corruption
  • Download failure
  • Access problems

  • Provide an alternative access method
  • Ensure proper delivery

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Proven billing error

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights granted under applicable consumer protection legislation in Canada or Québec that cannot be lawfully excluded.
