1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (“you”, “Customer”, “User”) and Ontrack Nomad. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our site or make a purchase.

2. DEFINITIONS

Digital Products: Any digital file, bundle, ebook, path, course, framework or resource sold and delivered electronically.

Content: Frameworks, guides, prompts, pdf files, educational materials, links, and any other digital material.

Order: A purchase request submitted by the Customer.

3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent/guardian to purchase.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into and form contracts.

  • The information you provide to complete your order is accurate.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes where required by law. You are responsible for any customs, duties, or additional charges that may apply based on your country of residence.

We accept standard payment methods supported by Shopify Payments or other integrated processors.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital Products are delivered by email or through an automated delivery system after your order is confirmed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and functional email address. Any delivery errors caused by incorrect email details are not the responsibility of Ontrack Nomad.

Once delivered, Digital Products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as they are intangible digital goods.

6. REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law or unless you can demonstrate a specific failure of the product as described here.

If you have issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact customer support.

Example conditions where a refund may be considered:

  • The product is defective or materially different from the description.

  • You never received the product due to a technical error on our end.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, branding, and digital products are the exclusive property of Ontrack Nomad or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, share, or publish the content.

  • Modify, translate, adapt, or reverse engineer any product.

Purchasing from OntrackNomad.com gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business purposes only.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Your use of our products is at your own risk. All products are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Ontrack Nomad does not guarantee:

  • Any ancillary benefits, such as traffic, sales, or audience growth.

These products are designed to provide educational guidance. Your results depend on your unique effort, circumstances, and application.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product purchased.
